Limited In-Home Sessions Available!

In-home personal training Sessions are back!

The past two years has taught me that online training can be incredibly effective! I will continue with online sessions throughout 2022, while also adding a few slots for in-home sessions! If you have a space in your apartment, home, or building gym and would like some hands-on guidance, please don't hesitate to reach out! Single sessions are $70 for 1 hour! Packages are available on request. (I am currently only offering 1 hour in- person sessions!) MASKS REQUIRED!

Do you love the freedom of online sessions, but would like some help with specific exercises or stretches? Schedule a single in-person session to master specific skills and continue your weekly online training sessions!

I am a dance artist and fitness enthusiast training by day and performing by night.  Throughout my many years of movement training, I have developed a deep understanding of body alignment, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. I specialize in getting people back to functional movement patterns - whether that be from sports injuries, habitual pattern overload, or de-conditioning. I truly believe that total wellness is essential to a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Train safely before, during, and after your pregnancy. Having a baby is often the greatest changes your body will experience, so gaining more knowledge of your body while gaining strength and endurance, can help you throughout the different stages of having a baby.
